I’m a mom to 3 amazing kids, two of whom wrestle for South Warren High School and SOKY Wrestling Club. The 25’-26’ season was my first year to help coach wrestling, and I had the time of my life. Wrestling has become a big part of our family’s life, and I’m passionate about giving back to the sport and athletes who dedicate themselves to it. Being both a coach and a wrestling mom gives me a unique perspective. I understand the dedication it takes, the highs and lows of competition, and the importance of building confidence on & off the mat.
I have studied Judo for 5 years at Bowling Green Judo Club and currently hold a first-degree brown belt. My background in Judo has shaped how I approach coaching— with an emphasis on discipline, technique, balance, mental toughness, and respect for the sport.
My goal as a coach is to help athletes grow not just as wrestlers, but as disciplined, resilient young people. I believe in hard work, positive leadership, and creating an environment where every athlete feels supported, challenged, & capable of more than they realize.
